With a seventeen year track record as a Spiritual Counsellor and qualified Hypno/Psychotherapist, Jacky practices and shares her gifts in Alicante, Spain and throughout the UK.

Hypnotherapy is a branch of Psychotherapy which employs Hypnosis as a therapeutic medium through which a large variety of techniques can be applied. There is no 'mystique' about hypnosis, it is merely an altered state of awareness, one in which you are so comfortable and relaxed, that this enables the therapist to reprogram the mind with positive and empowering suggestions.

Jacqueline has helped hundreds of clients to release unwanted tensions, limiting belief patterns and emotional blockages from the past, thus enabling them to move forward in their lives and realize their full potential. It is her belief that every person has within themselves the ability to 'reach for' and realize their life's goals and ambitions.

A typical session would last for an hour and a quarter and consist of half an hour 'talk', aimed at identifying the problem areas, followed by the 'trance' process.

Jacky works in a 'Solution Focused Way', incorporating the use of 'Goal Therapy' and 'Visualization' to enable clients to shed debilitating patterns from the past. She has had a great deal of success in helping clients with the following problems:
