Have you ever stopped still for a moment, taken stock of your life and pondered this question; 'where are all my life experiences leading me?'

This was something I did in earnest seventeen years ago, having made the familiar cri de coeur; "Who exactly am I and why on earth am I doing this?" It led me on a personal quest to understand life's deeper mysteries and marked the beginning of what I have come to describe as my own personal journey of self-discovery.

It takes that singular moment when we stop still and review our lives that we begin to realize that we have not arrived at this point as a result of some seemingly scattered and random series of events, but rather that our lives are a miraculous unfolding of experiences which follow a remarkably perfect plan.

My own background and personal life experiences have enabled me to develop a deep awareness into the 'human psyche'. Like many of us I am sure, who have an inherent concern for all of creation, I became disillusioned and saddened at the state of our outside world. Gradually the awareness came that if we are to effect change in our external environment, then we must first change ourselves. There is a wonderful maxim in holistic circles, that 'All Healing is self-healing'. It is a simple, yet powerful truth. Heal ourselves and we heal the World.

If we accept that our evolutionary existence on planet Earth is an ongoing process of learning and growth, then we have grasped a fundamental and most basic truth. Someone once said to me that "Life is a great school", in that our experiences teach us much about ourselves. We are all at different stages on this evolutionary path. Releasing judgement towards anything or anyone and respecting their level on the evolutionary process, allows us to lead by example and to truly operate from a place of light and love.

We all have a purpose for being here. In order to find that purpose, we must first of all understand our own basic inner natures. We must accept both our light and our shadow aspects. We must learn to truly love ourselves.

This website describes the work I do. A client once said to me; 'it was like suddenly being handed a car manual when you have been staring blankly at the engine for hours ...it is a set of tools.' This set of tools can enable you to truly effect change in any area of your life, whether it is in health, relationships, finances or career. We all want and deserve a healthy, peaceful and balanced lifestyle and when we create this harmony and balance in our own lives, then we will see this reflected in the outside world.

Amazingly our lives take on a meaning and a perspective that we never imagined possible, steering us ever toward our life's purpose and our true reason for being here.
